We store your document file boxes at our warehouse facility specifically for file storage needs. Our
site is climate controlled and provides 24/7/365 monitoring systems for maximum protection. Document files are bar coded, and stored for easy access. Our inventory system records your
boxes by customer number, name, and date. Retrieval is quick, efficient and delivered straight to your place of business when needed.

How does it work?:
New Transfer
We will assign a driver to retrive you boxes for storage pickup, this is initial delivery transfer to our warehouse.
Storage of Boxes
We have specially designed dry storage racks for all box types. We have specific racks to accommodate x-rays and film of all sizes.
Computerized Data Processing
We will record each storage box or storage charts with the following information; company name and account number, date of last
movement in our system and a reference code for each box, chart or documentst. This will insure the security of your property and insure prompt retrieval and accuracy.
Bar-Code Technology
Bar-Code identification numbers will be attached to all boxes. This will provide tracking of all boxed records. Each record entered
into our system will be traceable on-demand.
Retrieving
We will provide same-day regular service* retrieval or standard overnight retrieval* of records stored. Place a request the day
prior and records will be delivered the next day before 3:00 PM.
Security of Boxes
Bay Express, LLC Storage Center is protected with 24 hour surveillance cameras. Activity to and from premises is recorded
continuously. Access to the facility is limited to authorized personal only;.we will release documents and records to acknowledge
retrieval orders from only those persons authorized by your company.
